Your personal information is collected in order to help process your enquiry. Your information is kept safe by using password protected email that can only be accessed by Jade and the email with your contact details is deleted after your referral has been processed. You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information held about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If you’d like to ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected, please contact jade@forestpsychology.nz

This website may record standard information such as time, date and URL of request (the web page you arrived from) via the web servers.
